Married for over 36 years; having owned and operated a family business, I learned firsthand how to find purpose and peace in the midst of stress, depression, loss, pain, anxiety and grief.
I draw on personal experiences of raising children, marriage, owning a business dealing with chronic pain, major life transitions, loss, depression, anxiety, addiction and stress. These life experiences give me a unique perspective and ability to help clients overcome similar challenges.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, seniors, all sexual orientations and lifestyles. Addressing life’s challenges including marriage, divorce, religious transition, boundary issues, aging, depression, anxiety, stress, employment issues, abuse, trauma, co-dependence, addiction, grief, parenting and relationships issues. I am a certified mediator and a PREP and Gottman trained marriage therapist with extensive experience.
